Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Using this site means you accept what is on this page. What the work includes and where it stops is set out on the disclosures page, and those limits are part of these terms.
What the pages are.
Everything published here is general information for an owner whose ticket still blends a service and a bottle. Reading a page does not make you a client. Rules change, and they land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your own return before you rely on it.
The pages do not quote a fee, do not estimate a refund, and do not fill in your ticket, your shelf, or your deposit. Those stay blank until they are yours and an engagement covers them.
A free call is a conversation.
The time offered on the calendar creates no engagement, no ongoing duty, and no obligation on either side. We will say plainly what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Work begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter that names the scope and the fee.
Engagements, scope, and fees.
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope, and anything outside it is quoted separately before it is done. Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees earned to that date, and your records are returned to you.
What the work depends on from you.
The work is only as good as what it is built on. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate records, for what is in your own systems, and for the decisions you make. We will tell you when something does not tie, and we will not build on a month that has not closed.
The site itself.
The words, layouts, and images on this site belong to the practice that publishes it. You may read them, print them, and quote a short passage with attribution. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission.
The site is provided as it stands. We keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
A link to a page is fine. Copying the pages onto another site and presenting them as your own is not. The photographs show a shop during the work, a card terminal, or a paper record of money. They come from public collections and from Pixabay. None of them is a photograph of a client's shop, and none of them is a picture of our own room.
Where a dispute is heard.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
