Beauty and Wellness Business QuickBooks Cleanup What a note you send is used for.

The form and the calendar collect only what we need to answer you. This page says what that is, who sees it, and how to have it removed.

What comes in.

If you use the form, we receive your name, your phone number, your email, and the note you sent about which button will not split. If you open the calendar and choose a time, the scheduling service receives the name and the contact details that screen asks for. The site also receives ordinary technical logs, such as the page you opened and a coarse record of the browser, so we can keep the pages available.

We do not ask for a Social Security number on this site. We do not ask for a bank password. We do not ask you to attach a full return through the form. Those belong in a signed engagement, sent through a channel we name at that time, not in a public form.

Why it is kept.

A note is kept so we can reply, so we can tell a real request from an automated one, and so we can keep the record an engagement later requires. The extra website field on the form is there to catch scripts. Please leave it empty.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for someone else's advertising. We do not make an automated decision about you. The practice answers the note.

The scheduling page is operated by the calendar provider named on that screen. Their own terms apply to the time you book. We receive the booking so we can keep the appointment.

How long, and how to have it removed.

An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep the note, say so on the phone and we will remove what the law allows us to remove.

You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number in the footer reaches the practice. We will not ask you to send a secret in order to prove who you are beyond a reasonable check.

Changes.

If this page changes, the new text is what governs from the day it is published. Material changes are made on the page rather than announced in a separate channel. The phone number stays the way to reach us about a note you already sent.

A note about a blended button, a package, a tip, or booth rent is still just a note. It does not put your figures on this site, and it does not open an engagement. If you later sign a letter, the records for that work are kept under that letter, not under this page. You can ask the practice to separate an old enquiry from a later engagement, and we will do that when the law allows it.

The limits on the work are on the disclosures page.
